This cosy villa with private pool set in its own gounds on a hillside with a wonderful view of the valley of San Jose, only 400m from the village. The beaches are only 10mins drive and Ibiza, the airport and San Antonio 15-20mins.

Description

The lounge/dinning room have french windows on to the pool terrace and to the view. The Kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee machine, kettle etc. Also on the gound floor is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and the main bathroom. Upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite WC/shower and dressing-room.Outside is the sun terrace, BBQ area, pool and garden. Aircondicioning in lounge and bedrooms (extra).
Services
Cleaning 2h x 3 per week. Pool cleaning 1 x per week. Sheet change 1 x per week. Towel change 2 xs per week.
Arrivals/Departures
Arrivals may enter the villa saturday after 14h .
Departures must leave by 10h on saturday.
Payments
Half the rent is payable by bank transfer, on reservation, the balance is payable in cash, on arrival.
There is a returnable breakage deposit of E500, also to be paid in cash, on arrival.
